Do you have catalogs?

In order to keep our prices low and selection high, we do not print catalogs.





What is my order status?

To check your order status, first click the LOGIN link (click here) in the upper left corner of the home page. Enter your email address and password and click login. Your name should appear at the top left corner.

Click on your name to view your account information. At the bottom of the page is a list of all orders. Included in the list is the status of your order, what carrier it was shipped with and a tracking number to track your package.





How do I make a return/exchange

Your package will include an easy to follow return/exchange form. Please fill out the form and mail it back with the item you wish to return or exchange. To download a copy of our return form, click here





How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by either UPS or the United States Postal Service. International packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service Express Mail.



What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and money orders. We accept Paypal via phone-in orders only.





Do you have a store?

Currently Inchant is strictly an online retailer.

Our products are shipped in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no mention of Inchant or its contents (see below)





What does "plus" mean?

"Plus means plus size and is any size over large.





When will my personalized panties ship?

Your personalized panties will be shipped in approximately 1-3 business days after your order is processed.
